1. Services

Remote Authority Studio provides professional advisory and consulting services, including the Remote Authority Audit and any implementation work separately agreed to in writing.

The Remote Authority Audit is a personalized review based on the information, links, and materials you provide or make available. It includes professional observations and recommendations. Implementation is not included unless purchased separately.

2. Payment

Prices and currency are shown before checkout. Unless otherwise stated, purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information and for any taxes that must lawfully be charged or paid.

3. Intake and delivery

After purchase, you must provide the information reasonably required to perform the service. The delivery period begins when the required intake is complete.

Unless otherwise stated, Remote Authority Audits are ordinarily delivered within five business days after a complete intake is received. Delays caused by missing information, inaccessible links, or customer changes may extend that timeline.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Because the services involve personalized analysis and professional judgment, purchases are generally non-refundable once work has begun. Work begins when review, research, analysis, or preparation of your personalized deliverables starts.

If you request cancellation before work begins, contact support as soon as possible. Any voluntary refund is at Remote Authority Studio's discretion unless applicable law gives you a mandatory right to cancel or receive a refund.

A change of mind, choosing not to use the recommendations, or disagreement with professional judgment does not by itself create a right to a refund once work has begun.

If Remote Authority Studio is unable to provide the purchased service, an appropriate refund will be provided for the undelivered service. Duplicate charges and clear billing errors will also be corrected.

5. Consumer cancellation rights

Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Some jurisdictions provide a cooling-off or withdrawal period for services purchased online.

By asking Remote Authority Studio to begin personalized work before an applicable cancellation period ends, you request early performance of the service. Where permitted by law, you may be responsible for work already performed, and a withdrawal right may be lost after the service has been fully performed with the required consent and acknowledgement.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to share only materials you are authorized to provide. You remain responsible for your business decisions, implementation, published claims, legal compliance, and use of the recommendations.

7. No guarantee of results

The services are advisory. Remote Authority Studio does not guarantee search rankings, leads, sales, revenue, audience growth, or any other specific business outcome.

8. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of materials you provide. Remote Authority Studio retains ownership of its pre-existing frameworks, methods, templates, systems, and know-how.

After full payment, you may use personalized deliverables created for you for your own business or professional purposes. You may not resell or repackage Remote Authority Studio's proprietary frameworks, templates, or methods as your own product without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remote Authority Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the services or your use of the recommendations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability arising from a purchased service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting mandatory rights that may apply in another jurisdiction.
