This policy explains how Remote Authority Studio collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Remote Authority Studio does not receive or store your full payment card number or card security code. Stripe may collect payment, billing, device, and fraud-prevention information directly under its own privacy practices.

We use personal information where reasonably necessary to:

  • process and confirm purchases;
  • provide and deliver purchased services;
  • respond to questions and support requests;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and payment disputes;
  • maintain business, accounting, tax, and legal records; and
  • operate, secure, measure, and improve the website and services.

5. Service providers and disclosure

We may share information with service providers that reasonably need it to perform functions such as payment processing, website hosting, email delivery, analytics, security, fraud prevention, and delivery of client materials.

We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce agreements, investigate fraud or abuse, or protect the rights and security of Remote Authority Studio, customers, or others.

We do not sell personal information.

6. International processing

Some service providers may process or store information outside Alberta or Canada. Information processed elsewhere may be subject to the laws and lawful access requirements of those jurisdictions.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain appropriate business and legal records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, accounting, or tax obligations.

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect personal information. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
