For order-specific help, include the email address used at checkout and a short description of what you need. Never send a full payment card number, card security code, or online banking password by email.
Billing
Charges from Remote Authority Studio may appear on your card or bank statement as REMOTE AUTHORITY. If you do not recognize a charge or believe there is a billing error, contact me and I will investigate it.
